The Bal Surakshya Khata is a specialized savings
account designed to support social welfare programs initiated by local
governments for underprivileged children and girl child education. This account
facilitates the direct deposit of financial grants from municipalities and ensures
secure, transparent fund management in the name of eligible minors.

minors and Children identified by local municipalities for welfare or
educational grant programs

open a Bal Surakshya Khata, please provide:

Certificate or Citizenship Certificate (if applicable)

recent passport-sized photographs

Official
request letter from the concerned municipality recommending account opening

Any
other documents as required by the Bank
