account created to facilitate the distribution of social security allowances
provided by local governments. This account is intended for eligible
individuals under various social welfare programs—such as senior citizens, single
women, widows, individuals with partial or full disabilities, endangered ethnic
groups and indigenous communities.
With a zero balance requirement and inclusive
operating features, this account ensures that all beneficiaries can easily
access and manage their government allowances in a secure and respectful
