Agricultural Development Bank provides VITA loans based on the agricultural value chain through the loan assistance received from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), facilitated by the Government of Nepal through the Ministry of Finance.

Areas of Lending : Loan disbursement will be facilitated through the branches under Madhesh Province, Bagmati Province, Lumbini Province and Karnali Province.

Purpose of Loan :

• For vegetable farming, banana farming, citrus fruit farming, seed production of potatoes and food crops, coffee farming, medicinal herb production, and their processing, storage, sales and distribution, transportation, and export.
• For cattle farming, buffalo farming, goat farming, local (indigenous) poultry farming, fish farming, beekeeping, and their processing, storage, sales and distribution, transportation, and export.
